Let me do the work

This blog has been created by a mom, a grandmother and a friend in hopes to help you as
family get dinner on the table with less work and headache. My daughters asked
if I would do a menu. their children were tired of Subway and McDonalds. Time is precisous and money is tight.
It was a success then they needed a shopping list.
I started out doing it on a calender with a list of reciepes and the shopping list. Friends asked for a copy and then strangers. It got to a point where I needed to find a way to get this information out to more and more. I hope this blog will be the answer. So here we go.
I hope as we go along I will be able to put together a more pleasing blog, so stick with me.

I will try and list a week at a time, till I get better at this, I want to list a menu for five meals. The reciep or the link to, and the shopping list. I hope to be able to find the best deals in my town and throw in a coupon or two link.
